Defects, Strings and Fields 2023

This workshop is an interactive meeting focusing on the nontrivial behavior of boundaries, interfaces and defects in quantum field theory and string theory. We will have several seminars discussing recent developments as well as discussion sessions to identify current outstanding problems and the ongoing work to address and solve them.

This workshop is organized by Pf. Matthew M. Roberts, Dr. Georgios Linardopoulos, and Dr. Pantelis Panopoulos of the APCTP Group Interfaces and Defects in Strongly Coupled Matter.
